In 1982, MANTELEC, S.A. the company that pioneered the Business Group, was founded in Spain. Subsequently in 1986 and 1989 IBERICA DE MANTENIMIENTO, S.A. (IBERMANSA) and ASIME, S.A. began operating, making up the nucleus of our organisation.

In 1995, management and supply of accessories and repair materials for electro-medical equipment was incorporated into the group. Rade S.L. was established in 2004, the fruit of our interest in technological developments; it is a company that is dedicated to R+D work.
